What You'll Build During the Lab
This is not a lecture. It's an implementation experience. You'll build each system live, with guidance, and leave with everything ready to deploy in your church.

Create a centralized entry point for your church where people can connect, request care and take their next step.

- Discipleship
Ministry Response Engine
Build what happens after someone raises their hand.
Create a repeatable process for routing requests, assigning responsibility and making sure follow-up happens.
- Step-by-step workflow
- Assignment guidelines
- Response time standards
- Follow-up plan
- Templates you can use
7-Day Connection System
Build a follow-up experience that keeps people connected.
Create a simple, intentional 7-day follow-up pathway for new people with ready-to-use communication templates.

- Text and email templates
- Next-step invitations

You carry the vision. The Lab gives you the systems to sustain it — without adding more to your plate.
