Dr. A. Ray Rouson is a pastor, preacher, strategist, digital ministry leader, and emerging thought leader in digital discipleship. With more than 27 years of experience in church media, pastoral ministry, leadership development, and ministry operations, Dr. Ray has become a trusted voice for churches seeking to navigate the intersection of theology, technology, and transformation.
He currently serves in pastoral and strategic ministry roles where he helps churches develop systems for care, discipleship, digital engagement, and leadership growth. His work focuses on helping churches move beyond streaming services into building intentional pathways that form people spiritually, connect them relationally, and mature them missionally.
As a doctoral scholar and practitioner, Dr. Ray's work centers on digital discipleship with particular attention to how churches can use digital platforms not merely for visibility, but for spiritual formation, pastoral care, and measurable growth.
